Born and raised in Hermantown, MN, I currently live in Saint Paul, MN with my girlfriend Marilyn.  I attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and recieved a bachelor of science degree in Biology.  Currently I work as a server at the Twisted Fork Grille and Green Mill Restaurant in Saint Paul.  Marilyn and I have plans to travel over the next year before we settle down and start looking towards careers. 

I have always been an active person but recently have taken interest in cycling.  When I saw the opportunity to "bike the U.S. for MS" I had no doubt I wanted to take on the challenge.  Not only do I want to make the journey across the U.S. for my own goals, I also have a close connection to MS.  My mother has been fighting with MS for the past 15 years or so and I want to help make a difference in MS research and help those in immediate need.
